At ZERO Healthcare, we are committed to providing high-quality health, wellness, and fitness equipment along with reliable after-sales service. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains our policies regarding refunds, service, and issue resolution.
No Cash Refund & Exchange Policy
• Cash refunds are not allowed for products or any advance payments.
• Order cancellations are not possible, but advance payments can be used to buy other products of equal value.
• Exchanges after delivery can be requested within 3 working days only for manufacturing defects or Dead on Arrival (DOA), after a technical check.
• To be eligible for exchange, products must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, with all accessories and the original invoice. Products with damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair cannot be exchanged.
• After the exchange period, products are covered only by the manufacturer or brand warranty, and the company's technical decision is final.
• Any disputes regarding the sale, exchange, or warranty of products will be handled by the courts of Pakistan. Change of mind product will not be refunded.
